Instagram has finally rolled out the ability to add text and stickers directly to photos uploaded to the platform. This long-awaited feature, which was previously only available for Stories, means you no longer need to rely on third-party photo editing apps.

To use these new features, select a photo from your gallery and press the text button to add text. For stickers, tap the gallery button in the upper right corner of the screen and choose your preferred shape—rectangle, square, circle, heart, or star.

Additionally, Instagram is introducing new fonts, animations, and special effects for Reels and Stories. The platform has also increased the photo carousel limit to 20 photos, a feature that is now available to all users.
