KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 8* — Kuen Cheng High School’s Principal’s Office has dismissed viral video claims that a schoolgirl died after falling from a building due to bullying, calling it fake news. The school clarified that the girl in the videos was not a student, and the location shown had no connection to the school. 

The school has filed a police report and urged the public to stop spreading unverified information to prevent unnecessary panic. Kuen Cheng High School also warned it may take legal action against those responsible for spreading the false claims.

The false reports began circulating after a media outlet covered the tragic death of a 13-year-old girl, who allegedly fell from a school building on October 2.
