Rumors are swirling in Kodambakkam that Dhanush and Aishwarya, previously set on divorce, may be considering reuniting. 

Dhanush, son of director Kasthuri Raja, rose to fame with Aishwarya's support after their grand wedding, which Rajinikanth facilitated. The couple, who has two sons, Yatra and Linga, was seen as a star pair for nearly 20 years.

However, in 2022, reports surfaced of their impending divorce due to personal differences. While some attributed the split to Dhanush’s close relationships with co-stars, others pointed to a lack of respect for Aishwarya's family. Despite this, neither party has publicly commented on their separation.

The divorce proceedings began with Aishwarya filing a petition that was scheduled for hearing on October 6. Neither appeared in court, leading to a rescheduling for October 19. 

Recently, credible sources suggest that Aishwarya and Dhanush are reconsidering their divorce, which was influenced by Rajinikanth's health concerns and their sons' wishes for family unity. Dhanush has been seen supporting Rajinikanth, and reports indicate both are mentally preparing to reconcile, with positive news expected soon.
