Suriya typically consumes protein-rich foods, starting his day with egg whites and chapati, and limiting sugar and salt intake. For lunch, he opts for vegetable salad and juice, while dinner consists of chicken and chapati. He avoids weight gain or loss through supplements, preferring to stay fit naturally.

Suriya also commits to a rigorous exercise routine, working out for two hours daily. His regimen includes 30 minutes of cardio, followed by 90 minutes of yoga, showcasing his dedication to maintaining his fitness for the role.
