Meiyazhagan OTT Release Update: New Date Announced!*

The team behind Meiyazhagan, directed by Premkumar and starring Karthi and Arvind Swamy, has officially announced a change to the film's OTT release date. Initially set for October 25, the film will now premiere on October 27 on Netflix, available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Produced by Suriya and Jyotika's 2D Productions, Meiyazhagan hit theaters on September 27. Despite earning over 40 crores, the film faced criticism for some dull scenes, prompting the removal of an 18-minute segment shortly after release. 

With Diwali approaching, the decision to move the OTT release date was made to capitalize on the festive season.
