Superstar Rajinikanth recently praised Sivakarthikeyan after watching his Diwali release, Amaran. The film, produced by Raj Kamal Films, has received positive reviews and performed well at the box office, crossing Rs. 100 crore in just three days. During the film's success meeting, Sivakarthikeyan shared an emotional moment, revealing Rajinikanth's encouraging words: "After watching this film, Shiva, what have you done? I don’t know SKV anywhere, but you’re thinking big with roles like Maveeran, Doctor, Ayalan, and Amaran." 

Following the film's success, Rajinikanth personally invited the cast and crew, including Sivakarthikeyan and director Rajkumar Periyasamy, to celebrate. The film has now grossed an impressive Rs. 150 crores, cementing Amaran as a major Diwali hit.
