Never Get Stuck at Tolls Again with TNG eWallet’s New 'SOS Balance' Feature

KUALA LUMPUR — Touch ‘n Go eWallet has launched a new "SOS Balance" feature to prevent you from getting stuck at toll lanes due to insufficient balance. This emergency credit line allows you to continue your journey and settle the toll fare within 24 hours, with no extra fees.

The feature is available to eligible users with the latest TNG eWallet app update. To access it, tap the "car icon" next to your eWallet balance. The SOS Balance applies to linked TNG RFID and PayDirect payments, covering most toll highways with these systems.

To be eligible, users must show consistent usage of TNG services. If your balance is insufficient, the feature will be activated, allowing you to pay within a day. If the balance isn’t cleared within 24 hours, the feature will be disabled until the account is reloaded.

Currently, the SOS Balance works on all RFID lanes and most PayDirect lanes, excluding certain highways like LPT1, PLUS, and NKVE.
