Two pedestrians were injured after being struck by a speeding Toyota Hilux and Toyota Vios near Top Plus Club on Old Klang Road yesterday. According to Brickfields police chief ACP Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood, the vehicles were seen speeding out of a parking lot before hitting the victims. One person was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The incident, is being investigated as attempted murder under Section 307 of the Penal Code. Police are urging witnesses to come forward with any information to help with the investigation.
