To celebrate actor Simbu's upcoming birthday on February 3, his 2021 hit film Maanaadu is set to re-release in theaters on January 31. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, Maanaadu marked a major comeback for Simbu, earning critical and commercial success with its unique ‘time loop’ concept. The film, which also starred S.J. Suryah, Kalyani Priyadarshan, and others, received praise for the performances, particularly by Simbu and Suryah.
