KUANTAN: Six people were injured in an accident involving a Rapid Kuantan bus and a lorry at Simpang Panching, Sungai Lembing, today.

Those injured in the 11.50am crash were four bus passengers, the bus driver, and the lorry driver.

In a statement, Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd said all injured victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment.

The company expressed regret over the incident and assured that it would prioritise the welfare of those affected.

"We will reach out to the victims and their families to provide the necessary support," it said.
