KUALA LUMPUR: With the Malaysia Cup final fast approaching, Sri Pahang coach Fandi Ahmad urged his players to maintain their momentum when they take on Perak in a Super League clash at the Manjung Stadium on Saturday (April 12).

Fandi's side are riding high after a stunning 6-0 demolition of Kedah Darul Aman earlier this week, and the Singaporean wants his team to keep improving in their final two league fixtures ahead of the Malaysia Cup final against Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) on April 26.

With Kpah Sherman and Manuel Hidalgo ruled out of the final, Fandi plans to rotate his squad in the remaining matches to identify his best starting XI.

"With two league matches left, I'll be rotating the squad and tweaking our strategy to avoid injuries," said Fandi.
