State Infrastructure Committee chairman Datuk Izham Hashim said urgent action is needed in flood-prone areas, including constructing major drains or water gates where necessary. He emphasized the need for swift decisions amid worsening weather and confirmed site visits to hotspots like Klang for on-ground assessments. Eleven critical projects have already been approved statewide.
