KUALA LUMPUR — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim expressed confidence that Malaysia-Singapore relations will continue to thrive under Singapore’s new Prime Minister Lawrence Wong. In a phone call yesterday, Anwar congratulated Wong and the PAP on their strong election win, securing 87 out of 97 seats. As Malaysia prepares to chair ASEAN this year, Anwar looks forward to deeper collaboration built on shared history, economic ties, and strong people-to-people connections.
