PUTRAJAYA — A 12-year-old boy tragically drowned while swimming with friends in a pond near the Precinct 17 flyover. Putrajaya police chief ACP Aidi Sham Mohamed said a passer-by alerted authorities at 5.12pm yesterday. The boy was taken to Putrajaya Hospital, where he was confirmed dead. A post-mortem is scheduled for 8am tomorrow.
