Wamiqa Gabbi, who acts in Mumbai, Punjabi, and Hindi films, made her cinematic debut in a small role in the 2007 Hindi film 'Jab We Met'. She recently starred in the film 'Baby John' alongside Keerthy Suresh and Varun Dhawan in lead roles.

Currently, she has completed filming for 'Phool Chauk Maaf'. This film, starring Rajkummar Rao as the hero, is produced by Maddock Films and written and directed by Karan Sharma.

While the film was scheduled to release on the 16th, the film crew has announced that it will not be released in theaters tomorrow due to war tensions across the country. Furthermore, it has been stated that it will be released on the Amazon Prime OTT platform on the 16th.
