Director Prem Kumar, who wowed audiences with Meiyyazhagan after his hit film 96, received a surprise gift from actors Suriya and Karthi—a brand-new car—as a token of appreciation for the film's grand success. Produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment and starring Karthi and Arvind Swami with music by Govind Vasantha, the film was one of last year's most acclaimed Tamil releases. Photos and videos of the gift presentation have since gone viral.
