Ruben Amorim, the Manchester United manager, expressed concern that his team was losing the sense of responsibility expected of players at a major club after their 2-0 home defeat to West Ham. This loss, United's 17th league defeat of the season, came just days after reaching the Europa League final. Amorim criticized the "it's OK" mentality within the club, emphasizing the need to feel the significance of losing at home.

He admitted to feeling "embarrassed" about United's lowly 16th position in the Premier League and insisted the upcoming Europa League final couldn't overshadow their domestic struggles. Amorim stated that significant changes were needed in the summer, including addressing the club's culture and his own performance, hinting at a potential departure if things didn't improve.

Meanwhile, West Ham manager Graham Potter was pleased with the victory, which ended his team's eight-game winless streak.
