Malaysia’s Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and Japan’s Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) have signed an MoU to enhance cooperation in arbitration and dispute resolution.
Witnessed by Minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said during her official visit to Japan, the agreement covers areas such as commercial arbitration, joint training, and capacity building.
This collaboration will be further developed during the Special Malaysia-Japan Dialogue on Legal Cooperation in August, supporting the MADANI Government’s push for stronger legal partnerships.
