As Asean Chair, he highlighted the bloc’s evolving geo-economic role and Malaysia’s 2025 theme of "Inclusivity and Sustainability." The summit also hosts the 2nd Asean-GCC and first Asean-GCC-China Summits, marking key steps in boosting inter-regional cooperation.
