Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan will face rape, assault, and trafficking charges in the UK once their ongoing case in Romania concludes, their lawyers confirmed. British prosecutors revealed the brothers face 21 charges related to incidents from 2012–2015.
Andrew, 38, is accused of rape and trafficking involving three women, while Tristan, 36, faces similar charges involving one woman. Both deny all allegations. Their legal team criticized UK authorities for withholding key details, calling the investigation unfair.
The UK may seek their extradition after Romania’s proceedings, where the brothers are also accused of trafficking minors and money laundering. A separate UK civil case involves four women accusing Andrew of rape and coercive control.
