Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof has called on Malaysians to uphold harmony, strengthen brotherhood, and cherish unity as the Kadazan Dusun, Murut, and Rungus communities celebrate the Kaamatan Festival on May 30-31.
Highlighting the festival’s theme, “Kaamatan For All,” he urged everyone to celebrate with joy and gratitude for the harvest’s blessings, wishing continued prosperity for all.
Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi also extended warm Kaamatan and Gawai greetings, emphasizing the festivals as symbols of Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity and harmony.
