Police are investigating after the body of a young girl, aged 5 to 7, was found floating in Sungai Skudai, Johor Bahru.
The child, discovered by a passerby, wore a distinctive anklet engraved with the word ‘Love’ and ‘IV’. Authorities have yet to identify her or determine the cause of death.
