Attorney-General Dusuki Mokhtar was the top recipient of the 2025 federal awards, receiving the Panglima Mangku Negara (PMN) award, which carries the title "Tan Sri." Other notable recipients included armed forces chief Nizam Jaffar, Chief Judge of Malaya Hasnah Hashim, and navy chief Zulhelmy Ithnain. Paralympic badminton champion Cheah Liek Hou, who won Malaysia's first gold at the Paris 2024 Games, was honored with the Kesatria Mangku Negara (KMN) award. A total of 104 individuals received various federal awards, medals, and honours at the ceremony.
