KUALA LUMPUR — Kuching International Airport's runway has been temporarily closed after a Royal Malaysian Air Force aircraft incident at 11.30am today.
Malaysia Airports said a NOTAM has been issued, and the closure is expected to last until 3pm for aircraft removal and runway clearing. All flight operations are affected, and passengers are advised to check with their airlines.
The runway will reopen once cleared and approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM).
