Two men, aged 19 and 20, will be charged today for assaulting a policeman at the Penang Police Headquarters on June 22. The officer had detained them for acting suspiciously, but the suspects—believed to be intoxicated—punched him in the face, bit his chest, and hurled profanities. The case is being investigated under Section 323 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act.
