Russian missile strikes on central Ukraine Tuesday hit schools, hospitals, and kindergartens, killing at least 19 people and injuring nearly 300, mainly in Dnipropetrovsk, now under growing military pressure. The attacks coincided with President Zelensky's visit to the Netherlands ahead of a NATO summit, where he’s expected to meet US President Trump to discuss Russia sanctions and arms support. In Dnipro city alone, 17 were killed and 279 wounded. A separate drone strike in Sumy killed three, including a toddler. Meanwhile, Ukraine accused Russia of rejecting peace and prolonging war to seize more territory.
