ISKANDAR PUTERI — Police have ruled out any link to loan sharks in the death of 39-year-old teacher Lo Kwan Fong, whose decomposed body was found in her Skudai home on June 13.
Though she once borrowed RM20,000 from illegal lenders, the debt was fully repaid and no signs of foul play or threats were found. Neighbours confirmed no disturbances at her home.
Authorities are still locating next of kin as her remains remain unclaimed. An autopsy could not determine the exact cause of death due to decomposition.
