Sabah's SMJ 1.0 Plan has achieved a 94% implementation rate, with 366 out of 467 initiatives completed, said Chief Minister Hajiji Noor. Key achievements include RM6.5 billion GDP growth over five years, record trade of RM118 billion in 2022, and RM26.22 billion in revenue from 2021–2024. Major gains were made in infrastructure, water and power supply, and investments, with RM17.42 billion realised so far. Sabah also expanded protected areas to two million hectares. The state is eyeing future oil exploration but lacks current capacity, said Finance Minister Masidi Manjun.
