PETALING JAYA — Johor Darul Ta'zim have added Spanish-born midfielder Nacho Mendez to their squad as their fourth Malaysian heritage signing.
The 27-year-old, who last played for Sporting Gijon in Spain’s second division, joins fellow newcomers Hector Hevel, Jon Irazabal, and Joao Figueiredo. “Nacho Mendez makes Johor his first destination after his career in Spain,” the club said on July 9.
