The founders of eHati International, Diyana Tahir and Rahim Shukor, were arrested after giving statements to police. They face charges under Sections 294 and 509 of the Penal Code for obscene acts and insulting modesty, and are also investigated under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act for offensive behavior. Police said the allegations stem from misleading social media claims. The couple denied involving rituals from other religions, stating their sessions use hypnotherapy, breathwork, and NLP. They also clarified that a featured drink contains only raw cocoa, honey, and natural spices, with no banned substances.
