Anwar's Position as PM Unshaken by Rally, Says AMK Chief

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's position as Prime Minister remains secure, despite the planned "Himpunan Turun Anwar" rally on July 26, according to Angkatan Muda Keadilan (AMK) chief Muhammad Kamil Abdul Munim.

Muhammad Kamil stated that the Prime Minister still holds the majority support of Members of Parliament in the Unity Government, dismissing the rally as an attempt to "stir unrest" without offering any constructive solutions. He expressed confidence that the public is discerning and will not be swayed by opposition-led rallies, adding that the government upholds democratic principles and the right to assemble.

The government, he said, is focused on stabilizing the cost of living, boosting investor confidence, and ensuring effective policy delivery for the people.

In other news, Muhammad Kamil mentioned that the two-day Tambun Parliamentary Constituency Islamic Arts Carnival and Mahabbah MADANI Night, which began last Saturday, attracted over 10,000 visitors. The event aimed to strengthen the role of agencies in promoting Islamic and spiritual activities and fostering the spirit of "hijrah."
