US President Donald Trump lashed out at his own supporters and "stupid" Republicans yesterday for questioning his administration's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case. Trump, 79, called his "PAST supporters" "weaklings" for falling for what he now claims is a "Democratic hoax" regarding Epstein's death and alleged client list.

Epstein died by suicide in a New York prison in 2019 while facing sex trafficking charges. Despite long-standing conspiracy theories among Trump's far-right base about a cover-up and a secret client list, the Justice Department and FBI recently stated there's no evidence of a client list and confirmed his suicide. Trump, who was formerly acquainted with Epstein, had previously promised to release files on the case but is now seeking to shut down the issue, calling it "boring stuff" and a distraction from his achievements.

His changing stance has created a rift within his base and administration, with Attorney General Pam Bondi facing criticism and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino reportedly considering resignation after a heated clash over the issue. Even some allies like Senator Ted Cruz and former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn have called for full transparency on the Epstein files.
