SEREMBAN: A second victim of the crash involving 15 motorcycles on the North-South Expressway near here has died.

Muhammad Iman Rusidi, 19, a student from KPTM Bangi and a native of Bayan Lepas, Penang, succumbed to his head injuries at 12.30am while receiving treatment in the ICU at Hospital Tuanku Jaafar (HTJ).

His body was sent to the Forensic Unit at Hospital Rembau for a post-mortem.

Seremban Police Chief ACP Mohamad Hatta Che Din confirmed the death and said investigations are ongoing.

The crash, which occurred around 2.30am, involved 15 motorcycles, a car, and a lorry. Preliminary police findings revealed that the group of riders was traveling together from Senawang towards Kuala Lumpur using the middle and right lanes.

The public is urged not to speculate on the incident.
