Police are intensifying efforts to track down a suspect involved in a shooting incident and the discovery of spent bullet casings in Klang last Thursday (July 24, 2025).

South Klang District Deputy Police Chief Supt Kamalariffin Aman Shah confirmed that police received a public report at 11:15 PM on the day of the incident. The motive behind the shooting is still under investigation.

The case is being probed under Section 39 of the Arms Act 1960 for discharging a firearm. The incident gained traction after a video claiming a shooting in Taman Sentosa Phase 19, Klang, went viral on social media.
