Funeral Held for 6-Year-Old Tishant

A solemn funeral was held today for 6-year-old Tishant at his family home in Jalan Rimbun, Bandar Seri Alam, Masai. Around 100 close friends and relatives attended the ceremony, which began at 9 AM. The procession departed for a Hindu crematorium at Jalan Kebun Teh at 10:42 AM, where the cremation commenced at midday. The family requested no media presence.

Tishant's body was found buried in Rompin, Jempol, on Monday night, after he was reported missing in Taman Bukit Indah, Iskandar Puteri, Johor, on July 24. A post-mortem examination determined the cause of death was strangulation with a cable tie.

Authorities are still investigating the motive, with preliminary questioning suggesting the suspect may have been experiencing domestic issues. Tishant's 36-year-old father has been arrested and remanded for seven days to assist with the investigation. He had previously filed a police report claiming his son disappeared after being left in the car.
