An 80-year-old man went missing while bathing in the Lawas river at Kampung Siang-Siang Laut and was later believed to have fallen victim to a crocodile attack. Villagers discovered his head about 500 meters from where he was last seen. Sarawak Fire and Rescue teams responded quickly, confirming the find late Tuesday night before handing it over to police. The search and rescue operation continues as authorities work to locate the rest of the victim’s body.
