Singaporean authorities intercepted 1,169 vape devices hidden inside a Malaysia-registered car at the Woodlands Checkpoint. The devices were concealed in a modified rear seat during a routine inspection. The case has been handed over to the Health Sciences Authority for further investigation. This seizure is part of Singapore’s recent crackdown on vaping, following tougher laws introduced on September 1 that impose higher fines for possession and use.
