KUALA LUMPUR — Traffic obstruction topped the list of offences during the recent Ops PUU, with 3,559 notices issued over the three-day operation from September 16–18. Kuala Lumpur deputy police chief Datuk Mohamed Usuf Jan Mohamad said a total of 10,036 notices were recorded, including 8,006 from daily patrols, 1,330 from integrated enforcement, and 700 under the Ops Didik awareness programme. Of the total, 9,508 notices were issued to vehicle users, while 528 were directed at pedestrians, reflecting comprehensive efforts to enforce traffic laws and improve road safety in the capital.
