PORT DICKSON, Nov 12 — The body of a fully clothed man was discovered floating near a hotel at Pantai Batu 4 here last Friday.
Port Dickson district police chief Supt Maslan Udin said police received information about the discovery at about 7.55pm.
He said preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased was about 164 centimetres tall, weighed around 64 kilogrammes, had short grey hair, fair skin, and was wearing dentures.
“The man was found fully clothed in a black T-shirt with vertical stripes and horizontally striped sleeves, along with green shorts. No identification documents were found on him,” he said in a statement today.
Maslan added that a physical examination of the body did not reveal any signs of injury or criminal elements.
He said the body was sent to Port Dickson Hospital for a post-mortem on Monday, and fingerprint analysis was conducted to identify the next of kin, but the attempt was unsuccessful.
