The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has officially addressed long-standing complaints by implementing an unlimited queue number system across its offices. Previously, many Malaysians were turned away after "queue numbers ran out" early in the day.
Under the new system, JPJ services will remain available throughout operating hours regardless of the volume of applicants. While the department warns that waiting times may still be significant during peak periods, the move is intended to ensure all citizens who arrive during business hours are served. The JPJeQ digital system will continue to be used to manage the flow of visitors.
