Payton Pritchard was the standout performer, outshining legends LeBron James and Luka Doncic by racking up 30 points. The Celtics' dominant display solidified their second-place position in the Eastern Conference, trailing only the Detroit Pistons. 

In a high-scoring thriller, the Dallas Mavericks snapped a 10-game losing streak by defeating the Indiana Pacers 134–130. Khris Middleton led the Mavs with 25 points, supported by P.J. Washington's 23 points. Meanwhile, the New York Knicks overcame an 18-point deficit to beat the Chicago Bulls 105–99, thanks to a 28-point performance from Karl-Anthony Towns. 

The San Antonio Spurs also recorded a massive win, defeating the Sacramento Kings 139–122, while the Philadelphia 76ers dismantled the Minnesota Timberwolves 135–108.
