Defending Super League champions Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) continued their ruthless form with a crushing 6–1 victory over Sabah FC at Likas Stadium last night. The "Southern Tigers" took an early lead through a penalty by Bergson Da Silva in the 8th minute, followed by goals from Ajdin Mujagic and Oscar Arribas before the 25-minute mark. This win further solidifies JDT's position at the top of the table as they remain the team to beat in the 2025/2026 season.

In other Super League action, Selangor FC secured a narrow 1–0 win against Kuching City FC thanks to a late 86th-minute strike by Chrigor Moraes. Meanwhile, Kuala Lumpur City FC delivered a statement performance by thumping DPMM 4–0, with goals from Safawi Rasid, Paulo Josue, and Victor Ruiz. These results keep the pressure on the mid-table teams as the league enters its 18th round of matches.
