Warner Bros. has officially released the first teaser trailer for Practical Magic 2, following a successful debut at CinemaCon earlier this month. The sequel reunites Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as the Owens sisters, Sally and Gillian, nearly 30 years after the original 1998 cult classic. The new story, directed by Susanne Bier, follows the sisters as they confront a dark ancestral curse that threatens to unravel their family once and for all. 

The teaser trailer, set to a haunting version of "Coconut" by Harry Nilsson, showcases the returning aunts played by Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest. The cast has also expanded to include a new generation of witches, with Joey King and Maisie Williams playing Sally’s adult daughters. Other new additions include Lee Pace, Xolo Maridueña, and Solly McLeod. 

The film is officially scheduled for a theatrical release on September 11, 2026. Fans have been eagerly awaiting this reunion since a sequel was first teased on TikTok in mid 2024, and the recent trailer has sparked a massive wave of nostalgia across social media.
