U.S. President Donald Trump has lashed out at critics who suggest the United States has not achieved a definitive victory in the war with Iran, labeling such comments as "treasonous." Speaking at an event in Florida, he defended his recent formal notification to Congress, which claimed that active hostilities had terminated. He framed the move as a fulfillment of his promise to end "endless wars," despite pushback from legal experts.

While the White House has officially declared the conflict "terminated," a significant number of U.S. troops remain stationed in the Middle East. Trump also explicitly rejected a new peace proposal sent by the Iranian leadership, stating that the terms were "unacceptable" to American interests. This rigid stance has sparked intense debate in Washington regarding the actual status of the conflict and the potential for a sudden re-escalation.

The ongoing geopolitical tension and the previous blockade of the Strait of Hormuz have triggered a severe food security crisis across Asia. As the rice planting season begins, international aid agencies are warning that a critical shortage of fertilizer caused by disrupted shipping lanes could lead to widespread crop failures. This military standoff has now evolved into a global humanitarian and economic emergency.
