The top seeded Detroit Pistons dominated the second half of Game 6, cruising to a commanding 115-94 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The blowout win successfully fended off elimination and forced a decisive, winner take all Game 7 back in Detroit. 

Detroit's franchise cornerstone Cade Cunningham led the offensive masterclass, dropping 21 points while knocking down five crucial 3 pointers. James Harden spearheaded Cleveland's scoring effort with 23 individual points, but the Cavaliers' bench was thoroughly outscored 48-19 by the Pistons' reserves. 

The critical Game 7 matchup is officially scheduled to broadcast live this coming Sunday, May 17. The winner of the high stakes showdown will automatically punch their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals.
