Bang Bang teaser
In May, we reported that Bang Bang, the film reuniting Prabhu Deva and Vadivelu, has wrapped production. On Saturday, the film's makers unveiled the first teaser of the film.
The teaser starts by showing zombies taking over a region, when Prabhu Deva and Vadivelu are introduced, only for their names to be switched as Prabhu Velu and Vadi Deva. The two, along with other like-minded commoners, try to kill the zombies to survive, and how they do it seems to bring in their classic humour and some drama. The teaser ends with their iconic dialogue from Manadhai Thirudivittai, "Why blood? Same blood…"
Marking the first collaboration between Vadivelu and Prabhu Deva after 25 years, Bang Bang is written and directed by Sam Rodrigues. Prabhu Deva and Vadivelu have shared screen space in films like Kadhalan, Engal Anna, Kaathala Kaathala, Mr Romeo, Love Birds, and Raasaiyya.
