Immortal box office day 2: The fantasy thriller, Immortal, has seen an increase in numbers at the box office, after two days in theatres. The film, starring GV Prakash Kumar and Kayadu Lohar in the lead, is directed by Mariyappan Chinna.

According to box office tracker Sacnilk, Immortal collected Rs 1.72 crores (nett) at the Indian box office on day 2 of its theatrical run. The film collected Rs 1.25 crores (nett) on its opening day. This brings the total collections to Rs 2.97 crores (nett) and Rs 3.45 crores (gross).

The cast of Immortal also includes TM Karthik, Kumar Natarajan, Lollu Sabha Maaran, Aaditya Kathir, Arshu Maharjan, Pema Tsamchoe, and Sunita Shrestha.

Sam CS has composed music for Immortal continuing his collaboration with GV Prakash after Siren and Blackmail.

CE's review for the film reads, "Immortal does not burden itself with elaborate mythology or an overload of twists. Instead, it places an ordinary man in an increasingly unsettling situation and lets the discomfort grow. The film's pleasures lie less in what its monster is than in how long it can keep you wondering what exactly is going on behind its unnervingly hospitable facade."
