Bernama reports that Lazada announced new benefits for customers in Malaysia. These benefits include a 30-day easy return policy for all purchases on LazMall and Choice, as well as an expanded 'Change of Mind' policy covering a wider range of products and categories across all Lazada platforms.

Lazada is now providing quicker refunds, processed as soon as orders are returned to its logistics partners through drop-off or pick-up. The e-commerce platform stated that this new, streamlined process will reduce waiting times and ensure customers receive their refunds promptly.

Lazada stated that in some instances, refunds would be processed immediately once customers initiate the return process.
