The event took place in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and was attended by H.E. Mr. B.N. Reddy, the High Commissioner of India to Malaysia, along with officials from Malaysia’s Tourism Board.

Air India’s timing for this expansion coincided with the Diwali season, celebrating both the festival of lights and a new chapter for the airline’s services in the region.

The Kuala Lumpur City Office will serve as a comprehensive hub for Air India’s services in Malaysia, offering personalized travel assistance, sales support, and a range of flight options and promotional offers.

By establishing a dedicated presence, Air India aims to make travel planning more accessible for local passengers and to build stronger relationships with trade partners in the region.

Oscar Travel Services, a subsidiary of Oscar Holidays Sdn Bhd, has been appointed as Air India’s GSA due to its extensive experience in the travel industry, representing over six airline partners.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to high standards of service, market expertise, and a collaborative approach to meeting the travel needs of Malaysian passengers.

With a focus on delivering memorable travel experiences, Air India’s new City Office provides travelers with a direct channel to explore the airline’s offerings and upcoming promotions. The office invites passengers and trade partners to engage with “The New Air India,” a refreshed vision for global travel.
