Director Suresh Sangaiah, known for his acclaimed film Oru Kidai Karuna Manu, has tragically passed away at the age of 41. His sudden death comes shortly after the passing of veteran actor Delhi Ganesh, leaving the film industry in shock.

Sangaiah, who is married and has a daughter, gained recognition for his directorial debut in 2017, with Oru Kidai Karuna Manu, which earned critical praise and several awards. He continued his work with the 2023 film Sathya Trika, which starred Premji and was well-received on OTT platforms. He also directed a film with actor Senthil, although it was never released.

At the time of his death, Sangaiah had completed filming Kenatha Kanum with Yogi Babu, which was set to release soon. He had been battling jaundice, which led to liver complications, and despite medical treatment, he passed away last night at Rajiv Gandhi Hospital in Chennai.

His body will be transported to his hometown for the final rites, and condolences are pouring in from the film industry and fans alike.
